Justice Law Center’s founding attorney is Mr. Bret Whipple. Bret has been practicing law in Nevada for many years and is an experienced litigator in all areas of the law. Bret has helped many people in Ely and all over Nevada. Bret spent three years with the Clark County Public Defender Office and another three with the County’s Special Public Defender Office, handling only murder and death penalty cases.
